Your Last Paycheck

Your Last Paycheck
In Wyoming, you must receive your last paycheck within five (5) working days after leaving your job. This law applies whether you quit, retire, or are let go.
Sick days and personal days
Employers do not have to pay leaving workers for their unused sick and personal days. A contract can change this, though.
A note about quitting: You must give your boss two (2) weeks notice. If you don't, then you don't have to get paid for your sick and personal days. It doesn't matter if there is a contract.
Vacation time
Wyoming law says a worker must be paid for unused, earned vacation time.
