The program receives approximately 45% of its funding from the federal Legal Services Corporation, in the form of the Basic Field, Migrant and Native American grants. Legal Aid Services of Oregon also receives revenue from state filing fees and through a comprehensive IOLTA program. Additional funding is provided through other federal, state and foundation grants, and through contracts from Tribal Governments.
