Meghan Daniels, a new Stanford University graduate, joins SLLS for one year to do rural outreach for Louisiana's LawHelp website. LawHelp provides free legal information for low-income people.  

This project is under the auspices of the CTC VISTA project, an Americorps*VISTA grantee that develops community technology resources by placing VISTA members with organizations around the country. 

Meghan learned about Katrina issues first hand when she pedaled across Louisiana during a cross-country trek with Bike & Build, a fundraising and public awareness campaign for affordable housing. She also spent a Katrina aid alternative spring break in the area.
