Program News > All offices closed on September 4 and 5 due to Hurricane Gustav. Staff who need to work on September 5 may use the New Orleans office which now has power. Call Hammond office to see if power on Friday at Hammond office. We will try to restore computers at New Orleans and Hammond offices on September 5. Staff access to New Orleans office is available subject to any city curfews. Building may close at 6 pm. All offices expected to reopen on Monday, September 8 for full public business.
