Mark Moreau and John Parchman addressed tax issues faced by low-income people at a recent ABA meeting in Washington, D.C. The meeting included the annual conference of the Low Income Taxpayer Clinic, where Mark and John sat on a panel to address the link between homelessness and disaster- related tax issues. Mark Moreau is a co-executive director of Southeast Louisiana Legal Services and John Parchman is a staff attorney at New Orleans Legal Assistance, an office of Southeast Louisiana Legal Services. |
