Remote hearings:
The DC Courts have set up remote hearing sites for people who need computer or internet access to participate in their remote hearings. You can find the locations and how to use these sites here.
The DC Superior Court is holding remote hearings in many types of cases. Some cases are also being heard in-person.
You should check the Current Court Operating Status for the latest updates on what types of cases are being held. You can also read the full, detailed order about case types being heard here. If your case type is not listed it will be rescheduled.
Jurors should visit www.dccourts.gov/jurorservices to complete the juror questionnaire, defer jury duty service and make requests to be excused from jury duty service online.

All hearings are being held by phone or video congerence at this time. OAH is open to walk-in visitors 9:00 am – 12:00 pm, and 1:00 pm – 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
New cases can be filed by email to oah.filing@dc.gov, by mail, or by fax.
Due to the COVID-19 Public Health Emergency, the OAH Resource Center is currently not open for walk-in visits. To speak with someone with the Resource Center, call (202) 442-9094 during regular business hours and select option 4 from the main menu. You can also email your questions to oah.help@dc.gov.
