If you are not receiving public benefits, you can find information below about who is eligible and how to apply below.

Recertifications for TANF, POWER, GAC and SNAP are on hold through March 2022. You can find information about recertification requirements during the pandemic here.

DHS Service Centers are open for in-person services - information and hours here.

You can still apply online for benefits at https://dcbenefits.dhs.dc.gov. You can also apply or recertify on the DC Access Mobile App (more information here).

 

If you receive the Grandparent or Close Relative Caregiver Program subsidy, recertifications have restarted virtually.
