Whitman-Walker Health is a non-profit community-based health organization serving the Washington, D.C. metropolitan region. We are open to everyone but offer specialties in HIV/AIDS care and in health care for the lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) community.
Our services include: primary medical care; HIV and LGBT specialty care; dental care; mental health care and substance abuse treatment; a pharmacy; HIV and sexually transmitted infection testing and counseling; medical adherence services; legal services; and nutritional services.
We offer rapid, “Red Carpet” services to persons newly testing as HIV-positive and persons living with HiV who are new to care.
We also have a growing Clinical Research Department.

- Elizabeth Taylor Medical Center: Monday – Thursday, 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM; Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- Max Robinson Center – Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
