Who We Are

Provides services to low income individuals on landlord/tenant matters, government entitlements, domestic relations issues, employment issues, wills and probate, conservatorships and guardianships, power of attorney agreements and insolvency/bankruptcy matters.

Clients should be prepared to have an interpreter if the Legal Network is able to place their case with a pro bono attorney.

Income Guidelines

ALN uses a slightly modified version of the Federal Poverty Guidelines to determine client eligibility for pro bono legal services.

The Archdiocesan Legal Network is a pro bono placement program. It does not provide full legal representation at the time of intake.

The Legal Network does not have the resources to handle emergency cases.
