As businesses and nonprofits of all types reopen and more people in the United States are vaccinated against COVID-19, business owners and nonprofit leaders consider how to keep workers and customers alike safe.

Many DC-area organizations have already publicly declared that only vaccinated persons will be permitted to enter business premises, while others are carefully weighing all of their options. For example, providing only outdoor or online services to unvaccinated individuals while offering indoor in-person services to vaccinated individuals.

Is this legal for businesses to do? Are there exceptions they must recognize? If all customers and clients must be vaccinated, is it reasonable to expect that all workers also must be vaccinated?

Dive into these questions and more in the D.C. Bar Pro Bono Center's webinar with Nathan A. Adams from Holland & Knight.
