Description:
The Program assists residents in purchasing single-family homes, shares of a cooperative, or a condominium, by providing $10,000 to $30,000 financial assistance for first-time home buyers. Applicants will be referred to an intake office in their ward.

Comments:
The Program is for D.C. residents who are heads of very low, low, or moderate income households. You must possess a sufficient stable income to make regular monthly payments, plus a 5% minimum down payment. You must not own property in the area.
