The D.C. Bar Pro Bono Center's Nonprofit & Small Business Legal Assistance Programs provide free brief legal advice from attorney volunteers to D.C. nonprofits and small businesses. These are one-time, short, legal information consultations with attorneys who cannot provide on-going representation or additional assistance beyond the brief advice meeting.
COVID-19 NOTICE: All brief advice legal services are currently offered virtually. Zoom/phone appointments are set on a rolling basis, depending on the requesting organization's eligibility, and as the appropriate attorney volunteer is identified for each consultation.
