Information
- Pending DACA
Initial applications and renewals that are currently pending WILL be adjudicated.
- New Applications
No NEW first time DACA applications will be accepted
- Renewal
DACA renewal applications will be accepted until l0/5/2017 ONLY if your current DACA work permit expires on or before 3/5/2018.

- Advance Parole
NO NEW CASES of advance parole will be approved. Currently pending cases will be administratively closed. If you have advance parole, speak to an attorney before leaving the country to understand the risks associated with traveling abroad.
- Work Permits
Work permits already issued under DACA will not be revoked. They will remain valid until their TWO YEAR expiration date.
- Immigration Consult
Seek an immigration consult from an Immigration Attorney or Accredited Representative to see if you are eligible for any alternate form of immigration relief. Ayuda is hosting regular, FREE, immigration consult clinics. Call 202-387-4848 for details.
- Fraud Warning
Congress has not passed the DREAM Act, nor any other legislative solution at this time.
