    The Hawaii Court Self-Help Centers and Access to Justice Rooms are a joint effort of the Hawaii State Judiciary, the Hawaii Access To Justice Commission, the Hawaii State Bar Association, local bar associations, and the Legal Aid Society of Hawaii to help self-represented litigants better understand their rights and the court process.
