The Mediation Center of the Pacific is located inside the Harry & Jeanette Weinberg Kukui Center at 245 N. Kukui Street, Suite 206. The Kukui Center is located on the corner of Kukui Street and Aala Street, near Chinatown in Honolulu. Parking is available at the Kukui Center in front of the building. Parking is free for clients.

Who We Are

The Mediation Center of the Pacific works with individuals and groups to resolve a wide variety of problems involving organizational disputes, employee concerns, neighbors, landlords and tenants, families, parents and children, divorcing couples, adult and juvenile criminal offenders and their victims, condominiums, and special education parents.

Income Guidelines

No income requirements.
The Mediation fee is based on a sliding scale based on annual household income. For those with financial hardships, fees are either reduced or waived entirely. No one is turned away for lack of funds.

Description of Services

Mediation is a confidential problem-solving process in which a trained neutral (mediator) assists the parties in communicating what is important in the dispute; creating and negotiating options; and crafting agreements that are fair, realistic and durable.
