Fair Housing Enforcement Program

Information

The mission of the Legal Aid Society of Hawaii's Fair Housing Enforcement Program is to promote fair housing and end housing discrimination. We do this through education, advocacy, outreach, and litigation.  All persons should have the right to make housing choices without regard to race, color, religion, or national origin.

This work cannot be done without your help. Please contact us if you feel you are being discriminated against in meeting your housing needs or if you would like to become a housing tester. Together we can achieve fair housing for all.
