File a Housing Discrimination Complaint with the Hawaii Civil Rights Commission

This brochure discusses the process for filing a housing discrimination complaint with the Hawaii Civil Rights Commission (HCRC). Submitting a Pre-Complaint Questionnaire is the first step in filing a discrimination complaint with HCRC. 

Although we cannot guarantee assistance in every case, the Fair Housing Enforcement Program (FHEP) at the Legal Aid Society of Hawaii may be able to assist you with your HCRC complaint. See brochure contents for more information.
