Immigrant Resource Center (IRC)

The Immigrant Resource Center ("IRC") provides a friendly environment to help eligible immigrants access a variety of resources and services, such as learning the culture of Hawaii, getting resources for housing, legal and advocacy services, learning how to manage money, receiving assistance in applying for benefits, getting help in finding a job.
