Mediation on Maui

MMS provides alternative dispute resolution, facilitation and training to Maui, Molokai and Lanai. Trained volunteer mediators from MMS work to promote better understanding and communication by offering high quality mediation services to those in conflict. 

Mediation is an informal, confidential process in which a neutral third party - the mediator - helps people: 1) talk through their differences, 2) explore and negotiate options, and 3) come up with agreements that are fair, realistic, and durable.
