Mediation on Oahu

Mediation Center of the Pacific's mission is to provide high quality mediation and dispute resolution services that are affordable and accessible. Mediation services offered generally include civil rights mediation, condominium mediation, custody mediation, divorce mediation, employment mediation, landlord/tenant mediation, and special eduation mediation. 

Mediation is an informal, confidential process in which a neutral third party - the mediator - helps people: 1) talk through their differences, 2) explore and negotiate options, and 3) craft agreements that are fair, realistic, and durable.
