What do I need to get started?
It is helpful to gather the following information before starting the self-help interview:

Family Court Case number (if known)
The minor's full legal name, age, and address
Your relationship to minor
Full legal name, address, and age of appointed guardian
Documents ("Exhibits") you plan to submit with your filing of guardianship
