Welcome to the NEW Online Business Filings search page. With this page you can Search by Corporation Name or Search by Registered Agent. The Secretary of State's Business Filings Database provides access to basic filing information about any entity filed with the office. Registered agents' names and addresses, dates of business filings and types of filings are all available. Our UCC and Notaries databases are not available online yet. Images are also not available online. You will still need to contact our office to request a document.
