Safe School Climate Act

This web page provides an explanation of South Carolina's Safe School Climate Act, intended to prevent school harassment, intimidation, or bullying; require school districts to adopt policies prohibiting harassment, intimidation or bullying of students; and the State Board of Education to develop model policies; and to require the policies be incorporated into the training programs for all public school districts in the State.
