LHI What's New
Shared Answers
Shared answers work a little differently on LawHelp Interactive (LHI) beginning April 20, 2015:
- If you launch an interview from one of our partnr sites and then want to choose shared answers for that interview, you must choose “Shared Answers” on the answer selection page (“Start Answering Questions”). When you do, a list of any answers shared with you will appear and you can launch the interview with the shared answers by clicking on the triangle in the last column (“Open Interview”) that the shared answers appear on. Shared answers will no longer appear in the same list as answers you created. On the page where you choose the shared answers, you can click “Back to Saved Answers” if you change your mind and decide you would want load one of your own set of answers instead.
- There is a new “View Shared Answers” page, which you can access from the main menu. This allows you to open answers that have been shared with you in the interview with which they were originally saved. To launch the interview with a set of shared answers, click the triangle in the last (“Open Interview”) column in row where the shared answers are listed. Note that the ability to launch an interview with the shared answers will only work if the answers were shared with you in the new site. You will not able to launch an interview here for answers that were shared with you in the old LHI site (you can still choose the template first and then select the shared answers on the answer selection page as described above).
Updates to the Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions
Since we haved updated our platform we have updated our Terms of Use Conditions and Privacy Policy. These changes will be effective for all users on April 20, 2015. We will ask you to agree to the new terms when you first log in to the new platform, on or after April 20, 2015. The old and new version of our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use are available here http://www.lawhelp.org/lhiprivacy. We have simplified much of the language in our terms of use and privacy policy so that they are easier to understand.
